Human Resource Manager
Design Materials, Inc. is an
architecturally focused wholesale supplier of porcelain and
ceramic tile, and natural stone.
The Company
has an immediate opening for a Human Resource Manager in its
Denver
location. Responsibilities for this rewarding opportunity
include:

Participate with the President to
implement a company wide strategic training program in
association with employee's career mapping
goals.

Ensure company is compliant with all
applicable HR laws including safety and fire regulations,
workers compensation requirements, and unemployment
compensation.

Assist department managers in
recruiting, pre-employment screening, interviewing and
hiring in compliance with fair hiring practices, new
employee orientation, performance improvement plans, and
termination procedures. Maintain employee
personnel files.

Responsible for company wide health
benefit and 125 cafeteria programs, annual open enrollment
and completion of insurance carrier audits.

Assist CFO with salary guides, and
administration of company's incentive compensation and sales
commission programs.

Cross train with Accounting Manager as
back-up for payroll processing.
Qualifications for this position include:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
and 5-8 years experience required.

Excellent verbal and written
communication and organizational skills
required.

Ability to work in a team
environment.

Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
required.
Salary will be commensurate with
qualifications and experience. Our company has a complete
